Therefore, UPF offers a wide variety of study options across four academic departments in which its 3500 students are trained through professionalised and internationalised programmes.<\/p>\n<p>Winner of the \u201cExcellencES\u201d national French Call for Projects &#8211; PIA 4\/France 2030, the University has been working on four specific programmes for change: \u201cN\u0101rua\u201d to transform and internationalise the University\u2019s educational offer; \u201cN\u0101hiti\u201d to implement, with the region\u2019s socio-economic players, a territorial network of support for innovation; \u201cN\u0101rama\u201d to develop science and society research and \u201cArchipels Connect\u00e9s\u201d to implement distance learning on the archipelagoes.<\/p>\n<p>To this end, N\u0101rua brings together the University\u2019s academic partners in the region \u2014 CNRS, Ifremer, IRD \u2014 and the government of French Polynesia.
